Ask a salon in Poland about prices and available appointments
Use a salon’s online calendar when it answers everything you need. When you still need to clarify a service or cannot make the Polish phone call yourself, EVA can ask the salon for you.

“Strzyżenie z myciem” means a haircut with washing. “Czy modelowanie jest w cenie?” asks whether styling is included. “Czy mają Państwo wolny termin w sobotę?” asks about availability on Saturday. Asking about a slot does not reserve it. Use the checklist below if you want EVA to clarify the details instead.
Describe the actual service
Say haircut, wash and styling, colouring or another specific service. Mention relevant hair length and whether you want a particular stylist. A short label such as “hair appointment” may not give the salon enough information to price it or reserve enough time.
Clarify the final scope
Ask whether washing and styling are included, whether the displayed price is “from”, and what can increase it. For colouring, the salon may require a consultation before a firm quote. Do not treat an indicative price as a guaranteed final amount.
Give dates instead of an open-ended request
Provide the preferred branch, a date, a time window and acceptable alternatives. Ask about duration, deposit, cancellation and late-arrival rules if relevant. EVA is a calling assistant, not a live directory of every salon or a guarantee of a free slot.
Choose whether to book
An inquiry can ask for options without reserving anything. To request a booking, explicitly set the acceptable service, time and conditions. The salon may ask for a name and contact number; complete your contact profile and authorize only the details needed for the appointment. Do not send card details in the task.
Example request — not a recorded customer call
Call the salon number I provided in Kraków. Ask the price of a haircut with washing and styling for shoulder-length hair, and available times on my chosen Saturday before noon. Ask about appointment duration and cancellation rules. Give me the options; do not book yet.
Read the conditions before deciding
The result should help you distinguish available options from a confirmed appointment. Check the branch, date, service and any conditions in the salon’s response. A call ending successfully does not guarantee the request was fulfilled. EVA supports eligible Polish destinations; calling availability and plan limits are shown in the app.
