CALLS IN POLAND

Need to call a Polish business? EVA can ask for you.

Language barriers turn a two-minute question into a postponed task. EVA calls a supported Polish number, speaks the selected language, and brings the practical answer back to your account.

Useful for everyday questions

Ask about an available appointment, a service price, opening hours, stock, repair timing, or the documents you should bring. Use a clear factual request and include the context the business is likely to need.

Your interface language is separate

The business can hear Polish while your EVA interface remains in English, Ukrainian, or Russian. Completed conversations can be normalized into the interface language while keeping the original turns available.

Designed for inquiries, not commitments

EVA can collect information and compare answers. The current workflow does not buy, pay, or complete an irreversible reservation on your behalf.

YOU’RE ALWAYS IN THE LOOP

Good requests for the current product

  • Ask a clinic about a routine appointment and language availability.
  • Ask a garage for an estimate and the earliest service time.
  • Check a shop or local service before travelling there.
  • Compare factual answers from several Polish businesses.

Calling in Poland with EVA

Which phone destinations are supported?

The launch currently allows outbound calls only to valid Polish (+48) destinations. Unsupported countries fail before provider traffic starts.

Must my own mobile number be Polish?

No. Account verification currently supports eligible mobile numbers from Poland, Ukraine, and Belarus. This verification is separate from the Polish destination policy.

Does EVA pretend to be me?

No. The assistant identifies its role and operates within the task you reviewed. It does not claim to be the account owner.
