## What EVA does

EVA prepares your brief, calls supported business numbers in the language you choose, handles the conversation, and saves a concise answer in your private account.

## Built around an outcome, not a script

You can describe the result in ordinary words. Before dialing, EVA turns it into a focused brief and asks for missing context only when it would materially improve the call.

## Useful for everyday calls

- Find an available appointment and understand the requirements.

- Check an order, delivery, price, or opening hours.

- Compare answers from several local services.

- Handle a call when you do not speak the business’s language.

## A clear result you can act on

Follow preparation, dialing, connection, and completion live. EVA saves the answer, confirmed details, and anything that still needs clarification. Call audio is not stored.

## Current availability

Calls currently support ordinary business numbers in Poland (+48). Account phone verification supports eligible mobile numbers from Poland (+48), Ukraine (+380), and Belarus (+375). We are expanding step by step to keep calls reliable; availability in further countries will be announced here when it is ready.
